The Collegiate Immersion Bootcamp for US-Based Institutions to Jiangsu, organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and Duke Kunshan University, opened in Kunshan on Aug 3rd. Over 90 university students from eight prestigious American institutions, including Duke University, immersed themselves in the urban development and cultural grandeur of Kunshan.

During the event, the delegation also engaged in a series of dialogues with local entrepreneurs and scholars at Duke Kunshan University on topics such as environmental science, medical physics, and green economy and sustainable development of the Yangtze River Delta.

Beyond intellectual exchanges, youths from both cities partook in a friendly basketball game at the Duke Kunshan University basketball court. Following the game, the players autographed a basketball to commemorate the friendship fostered through the sport.
