(Ⅰ) No Criminal Record
Based on an application, a public notary institution legally notarizes the fact that the applicant does not have a criminal record in China.
Documents Required:
1. Identification documents of the applicant;
2. A certificate of no criminal record issued by a public security department
(Ⅱ) Employment Certificate/Income Certificate/Taxpaying Status
Based on an application, a public notary institution legally notarizes the applicant’s employment certificate, income certificate and taxpaying status.
Documents Required:
1. Identification documents of the applicant;
2. Employment certificates/income certificates and related documents/taxpaying certificates
(Ⅲ) Fees
A RMB 120 notarization fee per no criminal record/employment certificate/income certificate/taxpaying status (a RMB 80 translation fee per notarial deed, other documents excluded)

Procedure:
1. Consult, submit documents for review and collect a ticket number at reception, and then wait in the waiting area;
2. Enter the notarization room assigned to your ticket according to the on-screen instructions;
3. After completion of the notarization, go to the Office with your identification papers to collect the notarial deed within a designated period, or you can ask for the notarial deed to be posted to a designated address when applying for notarization.
