The “Kunshan Ecological Chain” is an innovative slow travel project introduced by Kunshan. The project leverages existing ecological resources and implements tailored landscape and facility upgrades, creating a “three routes, six lines” transportation network and systematically distributing “iKunshan Cycling Stations” across Kunshan.  

The South Chain, the pilot project of the “Kunshan Ecological Chain,” was the first to launch within the Kunshan Tourism Resort. Spanning a total length of 48 kilometers, the South Chain is divided into six sections: Yuandian, Dianhu, Shangming, Lianhu, Mengdi, and Jinxi. Currently, the 10-kilometer slow travel route in the Yuandian section has been completed, with attractions like iKunshan Café and the Kunshan International Fishing Base now open to visitors.
