Located in Kunshan New & Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, the Kunshan Xin Park stands on the former site of the Kunshan Xinyuan Thermal Power Plant, a symbol of Kunshan’s old industrial era. As part of Kunshan’s urban renewal efforts, the site has undergone a remarkable transformation from a coal-fired thermal power plant to the city’s first science and technology innovation complex. It now serves as a leading practice area for urban renewal and a pioneering demonstration zone for technological innovation. Spanning approximately 4.9 hectares, the Xin Park officially opened on June 28, 2023. To date, it has attracted over 40 high-quality domestic and international sci-tech enterprises.
