    Cai Jianzhong is in charge of the work concerning public security, justice, legislative affairs, letters and calls, new citizen affairs, social governance, fire safety campaign, and state security, etc.

Cai Jianzhong presides over the work of the Public Security Bureau.

    He oversees the work of the Justice Bureau, the Bureau for Letters and Calls, New Citizen Affairs Center, and Comprehensive Command Center of Social Governance Modernization.

    He is in charge of liaison with the Ethnic and Religious Affairs Bureau and Kunshan State Security Bureau.
