Zhu Yehua is in charge of the work concerning education, Duke Kunshan University on behalf of the Chinese side, culture, radio and television, sports, and tourism, etc.

She oversees the work of the Education Bureau, the Culture, Sports, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau (Cultural Relics Bureau), Duke Kunshan University Development and Promotion Center, Kunshan Culture, Business and Tourism Group Co., Ltd. 

She is in charge of liaison with Kunshan Committee of the Communist Youth League, Integrated Media Center, the Federation of Literary and Arts Circles, and Jiangsu Cable Network Corporation (JSCN) Kunshan Branch.
